entry form. Offer begins February 9th 2009. Mailed
entries must received by June 29th 2009. There is a limit of one
(1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted
by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized
account holder" is defined as the person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access
provider, online service provider or organization
(e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that
is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address.
Dive Queensland
will randomly select the winner from all eligible
entries received on or about June 30th 2009. Winners
will be notified by postal mail or e-mail on or
about June 30th 2009. If winner is notified by
e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact
information requested within ten (10) days from the
date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner
may be selected. Winner must sign and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability
within 14 days of postal mail notification. In the
event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate
winner will be selected. Winner selection is under
the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are
final. Only legal residents of the United Kingdom,
who are 18 years of age or older are eligible.
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate
families & household members are not eligible.
Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local
laws and is void wherever prohibited or restricted
by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to
Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding
of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance
of prize, winner allows use of their name,
photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other
biographical information for any and all purposes,
including, but not limited to, advertising, trade
and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without
further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Submission of entry constitutes permission for
Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for
marketing and promotion purposes subject to
Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law.
All entries become property of Dive Queensland and
will not be returned.
Consumer Disclosure
No fee to enter. You have not yet won. 1 Grand
Prize: Roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from
London International Airport to Cairns Australia via
the nominated airline. Two (2) by three (3) nights
dive trip on Spirit of Freedom live a board dive
boat (inclusive of all meals and dives), Two (2)
nights accommodation in Cairns at the Piermonde
Apartments. Trip must occur after TBA and be
completed by TBA and is subject to
availability and airline and hotel Blackout dates.
Additional transportation, telephone calls, bar
beverages, dive equipment, marine park levies, fuel
levies,gratuities, incidental and other expenses not
included. No substitution, assignment, or transfer
of any prize permitted except at Sponsor's sole
discretion. Only the prize specified will be
awarded. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash
redemption or equivalent. Odds of winning depend on
number of entries received. Taxes on prize are
winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a
prize of equal or greater value due to
unavailability. Sponsors expressly disclaim any
responsibility or liability for injury or loss to
any person or property relating to the delivery
and/or subsequent use of prize awarded.
Sponsor is not
obligated or responsible for (i) entries that
contain inaccurate information or do not comply with
these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or
notifications that are lost, late, incomplete,
illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not
received by intended recipient, in whole or in part,
due to computer, human or technical error of any
kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware,
software, network, Internet or computer
malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any
damages or losses of any kind caused by entry or any
prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or
use of any prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion,
reserves the right to disqualify any person
tampering with the entry process or the operation of
this promotion or otherwise violating these rules.
If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion,
that technical difficulties or unforeseen events
outside its control compromise the integrity or
viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the
right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion
and/or terminate the relevant portion of the
promotion. CAUTION: Any attempt by an individual to
deliberately damage any website or undermine the
legitimate operation of this offer is a violation of
criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be
made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages
from any such individual to the fullest extent
permitted by law.

June 30th 2009 send a separate stamped,

this address if you would prefer not to receive
future sweepstakes mailings from Sponsor.
Terms and Restrictions of Airline Prize:
- Conditional
confirmation will be in Economy class.
- By "conditional
confirmation" we mean your air travel reservations
are subject to the following conditions:
a) Travel may be
taken between the dates specified by the nominated
airline. Please keep in mind that certain travel
periods are busier than others and it may be
difficult to obtain seats.
- You and your
companion must travel together on the same
flights.
- All travel
must be completed within 90 days from the date of
ticket issuance but no later than TBA. No
extensions permitted.
- Travel is valid
for the segments stated above only. You can
purchase additional segments direct through the
nominated airline.
- Tickets are
non-refundable and non-transferable, and are
subject to government regulations.
- Travel is
subject to schedule changes and may only be used
on the nominated airline operational services.
- Terms and
Conditions in regards to flight details must be
reviewed and agreed to prior to confirmation of
travel arrangements.
